You will provide administrative, operational, and customer service support through documentation, invoicing, reporting, and freight coordination activities. The role requires strong attention to safety and regulations and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to customer service functions.
• Provide advice and information on the organisation's products and services.
• Dangerous goods awareness certificate.
• Apply detailed understanding of customer airline systems.
• Apply detailed understanding of import/export procedures.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate freight movement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare documentation, invoicing, and transaction processing.
• Produce regular reports and coordinate freight activities.
• Maintain a safety culture and OH&S awareness.
• Work without direct supervision.
• Meet productivity and performance criteria and allocate tasks as needed.
