Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. in Sydney seeks a Technical Support Engineer to support our options trading platform and technology stack on-site with client teams.

You will monitor systems, perform updates, diagnose issues, and respond to incidents within SLAs while building strong client relationships. The role requires 1–2 years in on-site tech support in financial services, and solid MS365/Azure skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with ability to build client relationships.
• Able to travel and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s on-site technical contact for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor system health and perform updates and configuration changes.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to internal teams when needed.
• Respond to incidents within defined SLAs and follow incident management processes.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
