Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to work on-site with the client’s technology team, ensuring smooth operation of Options’ trading infrastructure and related systems.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and adaptability, with 1–2 years’ on-site financial services experience and relevant certifications. You will monitor system health, perform updates, and resolve incidents within SLAs while building trusted relationships with clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, and AV troubleshooting.
1–2 years' on-site technical support experience in financial services.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; client-focused.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following established incident management processes.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and proactively addressing their needs.
Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation to ensure smooth deployment.
