• Lead, manage and mentor Placement Managers and Placement Executives.
• Coordinate the broader placement team to deliver cohesive risk transfer strategies for Financial Lines.
• Negotiate with underwriters and carrier partners to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local and international markets.
• Refine policy structures and wordings to address emerging financial lines risks.
