• Experience in handling large claims.

• Understanding of client profitability and value creation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with flare for business development.
• Exceptional and proactive client relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end client management across renewals, claims, global programs and daily service needs.
• Collaborate with Aon colleagues to deliver exceptional service to two ASX 100 clients.
• Support by a multinational program expert within a established ecosystem.
