QA Hay is seeking an experienced export sales professional to lead international sales from our Warracknabeal site in Victoria, Australia. You will own relationships with importers, distributors and end users, drive market development for Australian export hay, and negotiate pricing, contracts and shipping terms.

You will collaborate with production and logistics to ensure orders meet quality, grade and delivery timelines while traveling internationally to visit customers and host them on site

Formación

• Proven experience selling export hay or agricultural commodities internationally.
• Strong knowledge of export hay markets, customer needs, quality grades and pricing.
• Existing relationships with international buyers.
• Understanding of export contracts, shipping terms and required documentation.
• Confident negotiator protecting customer relationships and margins.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• A second language relevant to our markets is welcome but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own QA Hay's international sales and growth across key export markets.
• Build and manage relationships with importers, distributors and end users.
• Develop new markets and customers for Australian export hay.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and shipping terms.
• Monitor market conditions, currency and freight; inform Directors.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to meet quality, grade and time.
