Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive export sales performance and strengthen global partnerships. Based in Footscray or Epping, you will identify new market opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue targets.

You will manage international customers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with export regulations while expanding the company’s footprint in established and emerging markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Management or Business Development, preferably in Fresh Produce.
• Experience with export markets and international customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and negotiating commercial outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or International Trade.
• Understanding of seasonal produce cycles and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Grow and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across global markets.
• Negotiate pricing, supply programs and commercial agreements.
• Manage export orders from sale through to successful delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with export requirements, documentation and trade regulations.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support decisions.
• Represent Premier Fresh Australia across international markets and networks.
