Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in export documentation and logistics.
• Experience with INCOTERMS and export LC terms.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new contracts and export/import documentation.
• Plan and book vessels with shipping lines.
• Establish Import Letters of Credit and export LC guidelines.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and freight companies.
• Issue EDN for export clearance and documentation for shipping.
• Check documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist team and handle general admin tasks.
