Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a Senior Director, Global Engineering to design, lead a centralized engineering function enabling safe, reliable capital project delivery across global operations. You will set engineering strategy, governance, and standards for FEL, FEED, and detailed design from concept through handover.

Leading cross-functional teams and global delivery centers, you will optimize resources, budgets, and supplier relationships, while driving innovation and digital tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer, PMP preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering, project execution, and capital project experience across relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership across FEL, FEED, detailed design, procurement support, construction support, commissioning, and handover.
• Set and implement engineering strategy, standards, and governance aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop global engineering teams and centers of excellence.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient project delivery.
