Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as required.
• Experience in oilfield services or energy sector preferred.
• Proven project management capabilities across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and close-out of assigned projects.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure full compliance with Weatherford's standards, quality and HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Promote best practices and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and resource utilization to stay within approved budgets.
