Wood is seeking a driven and hands-on Project Director based in Brisbane to lead a major gas project through FEED and EPCM. You will have direct delivery responsibilities and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in engineering and 20+ years of project management experience, with strong leadership and procurement strategy skills. Full work rights in Australia are required.

• Proven track record directly managing large-scale greenfield projects.
• Extensive FEED and EPC phases leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively build relationships and trust with the client.
• Bottom line P&L responsibility for financial and technical success.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering and construction teams to deliver large projects.
• Oversee project through FEED and Execute phase.
• Approve scopes of work and develop resource programs.
• Develop procurement strategies and contracting approaches.
