Airswift is seeking a Senior Quality Advisor for a major energy project based in Perth, Western Australia. The role provides broad technical scope across quality management, supplier deliverables, audits, and project assurance from front-end loading through to project closeout.

You will lead quality planning at the project level, collaborate with engineering to define quality requirements, review technical data, and drive risk-based assessments to ensure regulatory alignment and traceability

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related trade qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of quality support across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, or resources project environments.
• Experience supporting delivery models like EP, EPC, EPCM, or CM.
• Experience in material and equipment quality inspection and acceptance testing.
• Experience working with OEM providers and tier-one contractors.
• Experience facilitating risk-based quality assessment for projects, materials, and equipment packages.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality advice and guidance on quality principles across all project teams.
• Support development and conformance to the Quality Management framework.
• Establish project-level quality planning and support through to closeout.
• Collaborate with Engineering to establish technical quality requirements for FEL activities.
• Review technical data, drawings, and records for supplier deliverables and traceability.
• Approve contractor and supplier technical quality deliverables against requirements.
• Establish and communicate project quality requirements with stakeholders.
• Undertake tender/bid evaluations and provide guidance on risks and gaps.
• Monitor health and status of quality across the portfolio.
• Develop quality level papers and presentations.
• Ensure quality execution stays on schedule and within budget.
