Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a Finance Controller to support plant management with detailed financial analyses and strategic advice. The role involves ensuring timely monthly management reporting to local and regional leadership, and coordinating cost and inventory management within SAP environments.

The incumbent will drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment evaluations, while ensuring compliance with Moroccan GAAP and global finance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–7 years of business and financial experience in a global/industrial organisation.
• Familiarity with production units and finance processes.
• Experience in controlling.
• Preferred experience in food/agri-business industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant manager in decision making with financial analyses and advice.
• Provide monthly management reporting to local and regional management.
• Oversee cost information accuracy via SAP BOMs, standard and actual costs.
• Monitor plant working capital, including cash collection and inventories.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasts with variance analysis.
