Job summary

Madi Lane is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house Marketing team based in Brisbane. You’ll support growth of our global bridal brands and strengthen digital performance across paid media, CRM, analytics and marketing automation.

You’ll build campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest, and manage email journeys in Klaviyo. Working with our Creative Team, you’ll translate data into actionable insights, optimise campaigns, and mentor through data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or marketing automation.
• Hands-on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and email platforms.
• Can translate metrics into actionable insights and reports.
• Familiar with GA4, Klaviyo, SEMrush and social analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise global paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and Pinterest.
• Manage Klaviyo email campaigns and customer journeys.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Produce weekly insights and monthly performance reports with GA4 and social platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative Team to align assets with objectives.
