Job summary

Arup’s Digital Learning Analyst role focuses on designing, delivering and improving digital learning across the organisation. You will work with service owners, project teams and stakeholders to ensure content is relevant, engaging and impactful, using data to drive ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or delivering digital learning or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience creating engaging content (e.g. videos, documentation or online learning).
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve outcomes.
• Proactive, organised and improvement‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital learning sessions across a range of formats (virtual, classroom and on‑demand).
• Create engaging learning content including videos, guides, web pages and training materials.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and define learning solutions.
• Analyse user activity data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
• Support and coach colleagues in developing digital skills using learning technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Technology and the wider business.
• Maintain high‑quality learning materials and resources, ensuring they remain relevant and up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning services and approaches.
