Job summary

Allens is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the Leadership & Learning team. The role is based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and focuses on driving adoption of digital solutions and embedding digital tools into day-to-day legal work.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex inputs into practical learning that drives behaviour change. In this role, you will design end-to-end digital experiences, develop engaging content, and measure learning outcomes to improve

Qualifications

• Solid experience in training, learning and development or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing digital and blended learning (beyond e-learning).
• Practical experience using authoring and design tools.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Understanding of UX, human-centred design and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital learning experiences from needs analysis to build, launch and iteration.
• Create visually engaging learning content using modern authoring tools.
• Facilitate training across in-person, virtual, and asynchronous modalities to maximise impact.
• Maintain and contribute to design standards, templates and quality frameworks.
• Apply adult learning principles to create experiences that drive behaviour change.
