Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a designer to create engaging, accessible learning experiences for 16,500 Goodstarters nationwide. You will apply graphic, digital and multimedia design skills across Adobe CC, Microsoft 365, Articulate 360, and video tools like Vyond and Synthesia to deliver resources such as videos, decks and guides.

Qualifications

• Qualification or equivalent experience in graphic/digital/multimedia design.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and typography.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud apps, notably InDesign & Illustrator.
• Experience in video editing, animation or motion graphics.
• Ability to translate information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback in design iterations.
• Interest in adult learning and learning design capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital learning experiences for adult learners with user-centred design at core.
• Create visually engaging learning materials using established design principles.
• Harness multimedia tools to build resources that are clear and easy to navigate.
• Support enterprise learning initiatives for corporate and centre teams.
