Job summary

Arup in Australia is seeking a Digital Learning Analyst to design, deliver and improve digital learning across the firm. You’ll work with service owners, project teams and stakeholders to ensure learning is relevant, engaging and impactful.

This 14-month fixed-term role offers an opportunity to build expertise in digital learning, content creation and data-driven improvement while supporting adoption of tools and services worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or delivering digital learning or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience creating engaging content (e.g. videos, documentation or online learning).
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve outcomes.
• A proactive, organised and improvement‑focused mindset.
• Interest in digital tools and helping others develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital learning sessions across a range of formats (virtual, classroom and on‑demand).
• Create engaging learning content including videos, guides, web pages and training materials.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and define learning solutions.
• Analyse user activity data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
