Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management (Diagnostics) to lead delivery across a global Diagnostics portfolio spanning Consumer and Provider domains. You will orchestrate distributed teams (Sydney, India, US, Singapore, Dublin) and align hardware, digital, regulatory, and regional delivery in a highly regulated environment.

You will own system-level delivery performance, deciding prioritization and trade-offs, translating portfolio strategy into actionable plans, and reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading delivery across multi-team environments (digital and/or hardware).
• Proven ability to own outcomes and deliver at scale in globally distributed setups.
• Translate strategy into execution and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across the Diagnostics portfolio with accountability for commitments and timelines.
• Represent delivery performance, risks, and trade-offs at executive forums.
• Drive cross-portfolio prioritization and sequencing aligned to strategic objectives.
• Translate portfolio strategy into actionable delivery plans balancing demand, capacity, and regulatory considerations.
• Provide executive-level oversight across global delivery environments.
• Identify systemic risks and constraints impacting delivery performance.
• Establish governance and delivery practices enabling speed and quality.
• Own the delivery narrative with data-driven insights and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and build capability across a global team of PMs.
