Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery leadership across multi-team engineering or product environments.
• Proven track record delivering at scale in distributed global environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience in prioritization, trade-off management, and decision-making in ambiguity.
• Experience improving operating models and leading transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across Diagnostics portfolio with accountability for timelines and outcomes.
• Represent delivery performance and risks at executive forums.
• Drive cross-portfolio prioritization aligned to strategic objectives.
• Translate portfolio strategy into actionable delivery plans balancing demand and capacity.
• Provide executive oversight across global delivery environments.
• Identify systemic risks and constraints impacting delivery performance.
• Establish governance and delivery practices for speed and quality.
• Own delivery narrative with data-driven insights and reporting.
