Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, CS, IS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years in product management, product engineering or digital solution delivery.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; both working languages.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with marketing, CRM, WMS or SAP desirable.
• Knowledge or experience in automotive industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local sales teams, dealers and overseas units to gather and analyse localized requirements and prepare assessments, estimates, plans and milestones.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories and backlogs for global teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from clarification to launch.
• Collaborate with IT, product, development and business teams to resolve issues during delivery.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify digital solutions and best practices.
• Gather feedback from local users to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure local solutions align with global standards while addressing Australian market needs.
