Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or TAFE technical degree/diploma required.
• 2+ years in operations, control/operations center environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the global data center facilities infrastructure platform.
• Serves as a Point of Contact for internal and external teams.
• Assists with developing communication and escalation protocols.
• Contributes to outage post mortem analysis.
• Ensures records are updated in a timely manner.
• Coordinates emergency recovery efforts and communications.
• Develops tools to enhance team performance.
• Supports a 24x7 environment with rotating 10-hour day shifts (weekends/holidays).
