Marsh Risk's MMB Global Benefits Management team is seeking a senior professional based in Sydney or Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements.
You will lead a portfolio of multinational clients across Asia and Pacific, providing strategic guidance on employee health and global benefits design, and supporting client service, team development and business growth with sound judgment and senior stakeholder influence.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB Global Benefits Management team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role will require you to work with both our, and our client's network of overseas offices with hybrid working arrangements available.
This is a senior opportunity to help shape and grow a developing team supporting multinational clients across Asia and Pacific. You will lead complex client relationships, provide strategic guidance on employee health and benefits, and contribute to the direction of client service, team development and business growth. The role suits someone who can operate with judgement, influence senior stakeholders and bring a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
