The Yard Gym is seeking an organized Apparel Coordinator for our Sydney HQ to manage product listings, inventory and global logistics for apparel collections across markets.

You’ll collaborate with our apparel lead, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure accurate stock, timely deliveries and successful launches, with a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving across fashion, fitness, and retail operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines and moving parts.
• Experience using e-commerce platforms, inventory systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, SKUs, product imagery and online store updates.
• Support new collections, seasonal drops, pre-orders and global studio ordering.
• Coordinate stock movements, international shipments and order fulfilment across markets.
• Work with logistics partners to manage shipments and timely deliveries.
• Assist with Nike uniforms, footwear and accessories coordination across global network.
• Support product planning, supplier communication and stock replenishment.
• Assist with shoots, product samples, gifting and campaign prep.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logistics trackers.
