Job summary

adidas in Sydney seeks a Senior Specialist, Global Key Accounts (Apparel) to drive growth with JD Sports in Australia. You will blend commercial thinking, partnerships and insights to grow sales, profitability and market share across the JD Sports account.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Customer Service and Supply Chain to translate strategic plans into action, manage forecasts, launches and performance reporting while safeguarding brand and margin objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years experience in key account/sales or similar role.
• Experience with apparel, fashion or FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong, trusted partnership with JD Sports and coordinate adidas teams.
• Deliver apparel sales and margin targets while supporting account growth.
• Develop strategic account and operational plans.
• Lead seasonal sell-in and sell-out activities across GTM cycle.
• Align product launches and brand initiatives with customer plans.
• Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts and identify risks/opportunities.
• Monitor performance, market share, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service for product availability.
• Negotiate trade terms and customer agreements.
• Report on KPIs and provide commercial insights.
