The Yard Gym is seeking an organized Apparel Coordinator for our Sydney HQ to manage product listings, inventory and global logistics for apparel collections across markets.

You’ll collaborate with our apparel lead, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure accurate stock, timely deliveries and successful launches, with a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving across fashion, fitness, and retail operations.

• Experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines and moving parts.
• Experience using e-commerce platforms, inventory systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.

• Support product planning, supplier communication and stock replenishment.
• Assist with shoots, product samples, gifting and campaign prep.

The Yard Gym is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven and proactive Apparel Coordinator to join our growing team at our Sydney HQ in Caringbah.

As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for someone who can help bring our apparel collections to life, from product launches and e-commerce to inventory, logistics and fulfilment across Australia, North America and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, fitness, retail and global brand operations, including supporting our global Nike partnership.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Apparel Lead, Creative team, suppliers and global logistics partners, you'll play a key role in keeping our apparel operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and has an exceptional eye for detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• E-commerce & Product Management: Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, SKUs, product imagery and online store updates.
• Apparel Launches: Support new collections, seasonal drops, pre-orders, product launches and global studio ordering.
• Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate stock movements, international shipments, warehouse deliveries and order fulfilment across multiple markets.
• Warehouse & 3PL Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners to manage shipments, resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
• Nike Partnership Support: Assist with the coordination, allocation and fulfilment of Nike uniforms, footwear and accessories across our global network.
• Product & Range Coordination: Support product planning, supplier communication, stock replenishment and range updates.
• Campaign & Creative Support: Assist with apparel shoots, product samples, gifting, campaign preparation and new collection launches.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate inventory records, sales reports, logistics trackers and product documentation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’re someone who loves organisation, understands the importance of the finer details and knows how to make things happen.

You'll bring:

• Experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines and moving parts.
• Experience using e-commerce platforms, inventory systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills when working with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
• A genuine interest in fashion, fitness, apparel and brand-led products.
• Experience with international freight, 3PL providers, apparel production or wholesale operations is a bonus.
