The Upside in Sydney is seeking a Senior Production Merchandiser to drive end-to-end production from concept through delivery. You will source fabrics and trims, negotiate with offshore suppliers, and manage bulk submissions while aligning with sustainability goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a similar role, Mandarin proficiency, and strong Excel skills; Apparel21 experience is a plus. A hybrid work arrangement is offered within a dynamic brand environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Mandarin proficiency required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Apparel21 experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Design and Pattern teams from concept to delivery
• Source fabrics and trims for each collection
• Negotiate pricing with offshore suppliers
• Organise fabric testing
• Approve bulk submissions
• Maintain the critical path and delivery schedule
• Liaise with suppliers daily
• Create and upload products into the system
• Support sustainability goals
