WPP Media's INFLUENCE team is seeking an experienced Influencer Program Manager to lead a new creator loyalty platform across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee strategy, onboarding, content planning, and creator partnerships to drive authentic content and brand advocacy.

You will partner with client marketing, product teams, agencies, and creators to deliver measurable outcomes, optimise performance, and scale a gamified rewards experience across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer or creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of creator economy and programs.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and management of a creator loyalty platform across Australia and New Zealand.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Superfans program, from onboarding to engagement and reporting.
• Build a highly engaged creator ecosystem and measurable brand outcomes.
