Sydney Glass is seeking a Data Entry and Sales Support Officer at our Bankstown site. You will be the first friendly voice for customers, handle quotes and designs in Synergy, and keep records accurate to help the sales team run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales support or admin.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication on phone and in person.
• Experience in glazing or glass industry preferred.
• Familiar with Synergy and Xero software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Welcome walk-in customers at the front counter.
• Prepare quotes and designs using Synergy.
• Process orders and EFTPOS payments.
• Enter and maintain customer, order and quote records.
• Provide general sales administration support.
