Job summary

Sydney Glass, based in Bankstown, is seeking a Data Entry and Sales Support Officer to be the first friendly voice customers hear by phone, email or in person. You will help convert enquiries into completed jobs, prepare quotes in Synergy, and maintain accurate records to support the sales team.

We value detail-focused, organised team players who enjoy helping customers and want to build a career with a trusted regional glass supplier.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, sales support or administration.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
Clear, friendly communication on phone and in person.
Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Willingness to learn new software and systems.
Experience in glazing or the glass industry is preferred.
Experience using Synergy software and Xero accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a warm, helpful and professional manner.
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the front counter.
Collect information from customers to prepare accurate quotes and process orders.
Process customer payments via EFTPOS.
