Job summary

Cuscal Limited is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the GitHub Platform Uplift within the Engineering Practice. You will steer the GitHub Enterprise roadmap while staying hands-on with platform engineering, DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities to improve security and delivery standards across the organisation.

You will influence engineering practices, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with cloud, cyber, and identity teams to drive successful platform adoption and secure delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive platform engineering experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong experience administering GitHub Enterprise, including governance and security features.
• Experience delivering GitHub migrations or large-scale platform adoption initiatives.
• Strong CI/CD engineering with GitHub Actions and automation.
• Practical DevSecOps knowledge spanning code security and policy enforcement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GitHub platform uplift roadmap and manage delivery across engineering, cloud, cyber and identity teams.
• Drive GitHub Enterprise administration, migration activities and adoption across engineering teams.
• Enhance DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities through secure automation and governance practices.
