Job summary

Cuscal is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the GitHub Platform Uplift within the Engineering Practice. You will drive the GitHub Enterprise roadmap, ensuring secure, scalable platform delivery while staying hands-on with platform engineering and CI/CD capabilities.

The role focuses on governance, tooling modernization, and secure automation across engineering, cloud, and identity teams, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and regulatory consideration.

Qualifications

• Extensive platform engineering experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong GitHub Enterprise administration with repository governance, access controls and security features.
• Proven CI/CD engineering with automated pipelines and secure delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GitHub platform uplift roadmap and delivery across multiple teams.
• Drive GitHub Enterprise migration activities and broad adoption across engineering groups.
• Enhance DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities with secure automation and governance.
