Job summary

ATC Williams is seeking a Geotechnical/Civil Engineer to join our Perth team on a permanent full-time basis. You will support mining, tailings and civil infrastructure projects across Australia and internationally, delivering technical investigations, designs and reports.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee site investigations, and mentor undergraduates and graduates while advancing your career in a dynamic, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting or industry experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Strong technical report writing and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular site travel within Western Australia.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver investigations, analysis, design and reporting.
• Prepare high-quality reports, calculations, specifications, drawings and project documentation.
• Review technical information and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes.
• Continue developing technical skills through hands-on project experience and collaboration.
• Mentor undergraduates and graduates.
