Healius Limited, through Genomic Diagnostics, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive territory growth across public and private healthcare. You will build trusted clinical relationships, identify opportunities, and connect referrers with genomic testing services.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Genomics, you will implement territory plans, collaborate with internal teams, and use CRM and analytics to optimize performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to manage a territory and drive revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build long-term relationships with specialists, key opinion leaders, referrers and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Grow revenue across existing referrers while identifying new opportunities and competitors.
• Use a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and present genomic testing solutions.
• Collaborate with Pathologists, Chief Scientists, Product and Sales teams to develop opportunities.
• Deliver regular face-to-face customer engagement across the territory.
• Monitor market opportunities and competitor activity; provide monthly reporting.
