Job summary

Healius Limited is seeking a Customer & Commercial Manager to lead pathology collection services regionally, ensuring high service quality and strong referrer experiences. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will strengthen relationships, drive local growth, and develop frontline teams across multiple sites.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and lead engagement initiatives while promoting digital health tools and maintaining CRM records to support national standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading frontline teams
• Experience managing people and operations across multiple sites
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Experience in healthcare, retail or similar customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Implement local initiatives aligned with regional strategies and objectives
• Serve as first point of contact for referrers and respond to enquiries
• Identify and execute local business development opportunities with ops and commercial teams
• Coordinate patient and referrer engagement initiatives to enhance service experiences
• Facilitate digital onboarding for new referrers and promote digital health tools
• Provide daily coaching and guidance to frontline staff for performance and standards
• Lead team communication, onboarding, induction and performance reviews
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, compliance and brand standards
• Represent Healius at community and industry events to promote services and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM records of stakeholder engagement and activity
