PERSOL, in partnership with a leading genomics organisation in Australia, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an immediate start. The role is permanent, full-time and supports genomic testing services across the agricultural sector.

You will manage orders, enquiries and data across multiple systems, collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver accurate, timely customer service and drive efficiency.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, VLOOKUPs and data validation.
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of the cattle/sheep industry advantageous but not essential.
• Reliable, consistent and collaborative approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls and email enquiries, providing professional and timely customer support.
• Process customer orders, sample submissions and associated documentation.
• Proactively liaise with customers to coordinate sample submissions and follow up outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate sample kits and collection devices, including inventory management.
• Generate and distribute genomic data reports and respond to enquiries regarding testing, results and turnaround times.
• Track and confirm orders, manage customer complaints and process credits through Salesforce.
• Assist with customer account setup and maintenance within SAP.
• Provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain and update training documentation as processes and systems evolve.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency.
• Provide broader customer service support across Genomics, Animal Safety and Food Safety divisions.
