Programmed Maintenance Services is partnering with a genomics and animal science leader to recruit a Customer Service Representative for permanents full-time employment in Brisbane. You will manage orders, data, and enquiries across multiple systems to ensure accurate, timely genomic testing support.

You will liaise with customers including farmers and industry bodies, maintain records, support sales teams, and contribute to process improvements in Genomics, Animal Safety and Food Safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, filters, VLOOKUPs, data validation).
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound calls and email enquiries, providing professional and timely customer support.
• Process customer orders, sample submissions and associated documentation.
• Coordinate sample submissions and follow up outstanding requirements.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate kits and collection devices.
• Generate and distribute genomic data reports and respond to testing results inquiries.
• Track orders, handle complaints and process credits through Salesforce.
• Assist with customer account setup in SAP and provide sales support to teams.
• Update training docs as processes and systems evolve.
