UniLodge Melbourne Central is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and shape exceptional student living experiences. The role focuses on team leadership, strategic oversight, and delivering strong financial outcomes for the portfolio.

You will manage frontline teams, ensure compliance with property legislation, and drive occupancy and growth initiatives while fostering an inclusive, safe living environment for students.

Qualifications

• Senior property management experience with a leadership track record.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements (Residential Tenancies Act).
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial outcomes across UniLodge Melbourne Central.
• Lead and mentor the property team to ensure portfolio performance and service excellence.
• Manage the property in line with the Operating Agreement and ensure KPIs are met.
• Create a safe, connected, and inclusive environment that supports student wellbeing and satisfaction.
• Drive marketing, occupancy, and compliance initiatives to support sustainable growth.
