UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the reception team at La Trobe University Bundoora Campus, ensuring a smooth, resident-focused experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage resident accounts, and coordinate with facilities and third parties to maintain high service standards. Australia work rights required; willingness to obtain checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Enjoys fast-paced, team-oriented work.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-line reception team to ensure efficient operations.
• Address resident enquiries about residency, studies, and wellbeing.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for performance.
• Provide timely feedback on performance.
• Oversee billing for resident accounts and tenancy processes.
• Coordinate facilities management with third parties.
