UniLodge Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Property Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role. This position focuses on team management, strategic oversight, and delivering strong financial outcomes for UniLodge Melbourne Central.

You will lead and mentor the property team, ensure compliance with VIC property legislation, and drive occupancy, marketing, and service excellence across the portfolio to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of and compliance with relevant property legislation, including VIC regulations.
• Agent's Representative Certificate/Estate Agent Licence (VIC) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver strong financial outcomes across UniLodge Melbourne Central.
• Lead and mentor the property team to ensure portfolio performance, compliance, and service excellence.
• Manage the property in line with the Operating Agreement and ensure KPIs are met.
• Create a safe, connected, and inclusive environment that supports student wellbeing and satisfaction.
• Drive marketing, occupancy, and compliance initiatives to support sustainable growth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
• Valid Agent's Representative Certificate/Estate Agent Licence (VIC)
• Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with relevant property legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Proven leadership experience managing frontline teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
