Qualifications

• Venue or General Manager leadership experience within pubs, hotels or large hospitality operations
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing revenue, costs, labour and profitability
• The ability to recruit, mentor and retain high-performing hospitality teams
• Experience delivering consistently high standards in busy, high-volume environments
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
