Job summary

Hunter St. Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing hospitality venue in Sydney. You will drive guest experiences, oversee front-of-house operations, and work closely with the Head Chef and executive team to achieve financial and service targets.

Qualifications

• Manage labour, cost controls, and operational efficiency in line with venue goals.

Task & responsibilities

As General Manager, you will:
