You will oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain brand standards, and coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure menu quality. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, staff mentorship, and strong guest relations in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Premium front-of-house operations experience with focus on high-end guest experience.
• Expertise in crafting memorable moments and coaching the team for VIP programs.
• Leadership that supports staff across service periods and events.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and venue security.
• Lead by example to drive guest satisfaction and team performance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations.
