Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Melbourne is seeking an inspiring General Manager to lead a Melbourne-based care community, shaping the future of aged care through strong people leadership and strategic performance.

You will drive day-to-day operations, foster a compassionate culture, build relationships with residents and families, and partner with regional teams to deliver excellent wellbeing and care outcomes.

About the Role

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a Melbourne-based Care Community including people leadership, customer outcomes and full P&L performance responsibilities
• Drive a positive and inspiring team culture to deliver high-quality care and well being services to older people
• Develop strong and connected relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the wider community
