Job summary

Open Pantry Co. in partnership with Blue Gums Hotel, Fairview Park, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a large-format venue including Bistro, gaming room, and sports bar. You will shape culture, oversee kitchen, retail and gaming teams, and drive performance across all revenue streams.

You will report to the SA Operations Manager and manage a capable 2IC, delivering structure, energy, and growth mindset to a well-staffed operation.

Qualifications

• This is a role for a proven large-format General Manager with hands-on leadership in gaming and F&B.
• Strong track record in developing and retaining a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Hold full accountability for the venue's day-to-day operation and performance.
• Oversee the bistro and lead the management team across kitchen, retail, and gaming.
• Steady and strengthen the team, build a positive culture, and drive revenue across streams.
• Provide on-site leadership with support from the Operations Manager during the transition.
