Job summary

Open Pantry Co. partners with Blue Gums Hotel, Fairview Park to appoint a General Manager for a major pub venue. You will take full accountability for daily operations and lead a seasoned team across kitchen, retail, and gaming.

We seek a proven, hands-on operator with depth in gaming and F&B, capable of building loyalty, structure and growth. An October start is available with support from head-office and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the venue's day-to-day operation and performance.
• Oversee the bistro and lead the management team across kitchen, retail, and gaming.
• Drive the venue forward across each revenue stream and build a strong, lasting culture.
