Crown Resorts is preparing for the Australian debut of Mott 32 Melbourne at Crown Melbourne in 2027. As General Manager, you will oversee the launch and ongoing operation, setting service standards and building a high-performing team from day one.

You will work closely with Crown leadership and Mott 32's global management to deliver a world-class guest experience, drive commercial performance and maintain exceptional standards in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Qualificações

• Proven success in a General Manager, Venue Director, Director of Restaurants or senior hospitality leadership role.
• Experience leading luxury, fine dining, Michelin-starred, premium hotel or internationally recognised restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated success managing large and diverse teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strong financial and commercial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting and revenue optimisation.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for developing people and creating engaging workplace cultures.
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-profile environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Experience in pre-opening hospitality projects will be highly regarded.

The Role

Opening at Crown Melbourne in 2027, Mott 32 Melbourne will bring internationally celebrated Chinese cuisine, exceptional design and world-class hospitality to one of Australia's premier dining destinations.

As General Manager, you will be entrusted with launching and leading this landmark venue, setting the standard for service excellence, operational performance and team culture from day one. Working closely with Crown leadership and Mott 32's global management team, you will oversee every aspect of the business, ensuring the successful delivery of a truly world-class guest experience.

This role requires a proven hospitality leader who thrives in luxury dining environments, has a passion for exceptional service and possesses the leadership capability to build, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
