Zenith Hotels seeks a General Manager for Shoal Bay Country Club, a premier coastal precinct on NSW’s North Coast. You’ll steer a high-volume hospitality operation spanning Atmos, East Pavilion, five kitchens, seven bars and 250+ staff, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.

You’ll lead a passionate management team, set clear expectations, and drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction through peak seasons and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success leading a large, multifaceted hospitality venue (GM, Licensee or senior leader).
• Extensive experience in high-volume F&B operations and late-night entertainment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate P&L insights into action.
• Track record of developing leaders and managing large, diverse teams.
• Experience across full-service restaurants, gaming, TAB, security and events.

• Lead operations across dining, bars, gaming, entertainment, conferences and events.
• Drive revenue, profitability, labour productivity and cost control.
• Prepare the venue and its people for exceptionally high-volume seasonal trade.
• Develop capable managers and a culture of engagement, accountability and high standards.
• Grow the performance of key venues alongside restaurant and kitchen leaders.
• Maintain licensing, safety and compliance, including security and incident management.
• Build relationships with group stakeholders, suppliers, authorities and the local community.
