Job summary

Zenith Hotels is seeking a dynamic Head of Restaurant Operations to lead three distinctive venues across Shoal Bay and Newcastle. You will own commercial results, elevate operational standards and develop strong restaurant leadership across Atmos, East Pavilion, and Nonna Bizzarro.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will balance day-to-day operations with strategic growth, drive profitability, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional hospitality in a coastal lifestyle setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple restaurants or a large hospitality operation.
• Strong commercial acumen across revenue, labour and profitability.
• Proven track record of developing managers and lifting operational performance.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with a broader commercial perspective.

Working closely with your Restaurant Managers, you'll drive consistency, improve profitability and create the conditions for each venue to thrive.
