Terrigal Beach House on the Central Coast is seeking a people-focused, energetic Assistant Manager to lead a busy beachfront venue and help drive exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Venue Manager and Operations Manager, you will oversee up to 70 team members across bar, restaurant and gaming, coach staff and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience in hospitality
• Experience in high-volume venues
• People-focused leadership style
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• RSA and RCG certification (or ability to obtain)
• Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Legal right to work in Australia

Responsabilités

• Lead and own shifts, supervising up to 70 team members
• Provide coaching and support so staff perform at their best
• Oversee daily venue operations across food, beverage and gaming
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and customer service
• Maintain service standards, venue presentation and atmosphere
• Support training and development of team members
• Assist with functions, events and busy service periods
• Ensure RSA, RCG compliance and venue licensing requirements
• Maintain strong safety and risk awareness on every shift
